OUTCOMES

THE CHALLENGE

Disconnected market studies and competing stakeholder priorities were slowing down a product launch decision.

MY ROLE

Senior Project Manager · End-to-end program ownership

WHAT I DID

Unified research workstreams, established decision gates, and translated insight into an owned, sequenced delivery roadmap.

THE OUTCOME

Illustrative result: a 30% shorter delivery cycle and a single launch roadmap across 6 markets.

Draft narrative — for review, not an account of verified work.

  • Defined the brief, success criteria, and delivery dependencies with research and client teams.
  • Introduced a shared risk register and weekly decision forum to resolve blockers early.
  • Paired each research finding with an action, owner, and milestone for the final handover.
“Research is only useful when someone can act on it.”
CLIENT & AGENCY DELIVERYCASE 02 / 04

THE CHALLENGE

An integrated client program had overlapping briefs, unclear accountability, and delivery dates moving in different directions.

MY ROLE

Program Lead · Client interface and delivery coordination

WHAT I DID

Created one delivery plan, clarified team ownership, and made scope, risks, and decisions visible to the client.

THE OUTCOME

Illustrative result: 95% of milestones met on time across 4 delivery teams.

Draft narrative — for review, not an account of verified work.

  • Reconciled the brief with capacity and agreed a realistic critical path.
  • Set up a change-control process that made trade-offs explicit before work began.
  • Led client updates around decisions and outcomes rather than activity reports.
“Clear ownership turns a collection of teams into a program.”

THE CHALLENGE

A growing research function relied on manual updates and inconsistent handovers, creating avoidable delivery friction.

MY ROLE

Senior Project Manager · Operating model and governance

WHAT I DID

Standardised intake, simplified reporting, and introduced lightweight governance across the program lifecycle.

THE OUTCOME

Illustrative result: 25% less coordination overhead across 3 connected workstreams.

Draft narrative — for review, not an account of verified work.

  • Mapped handover bottlenecks and removed duplicated approvals.
  • Introduced a single intake brief and a consistent definition of delivery readiness.
  • Established a shared view of capacity, priorities, and escalation paths.
“Good systems create room for better thinking.”
RESEARCH AUTOMATIONCASE 04 / 04

OUTCOMES
Go deeper into the approach

THE CHALLENGE

Open-ended survey verbatims needed slow, inconsistent manual review to catch gibberish, blank answers, and text copy-pasted from AI tools or search engines.

MY ROLE

Senior Project Manager · Identified the bottleneck and designed and built the solution myself

WHAT I DID

Built a configurable pattern-detection system in Excel using VBA and regex, with detection rules adjustable per project to match each client's quality criteria.

THE OUTCOME

Reduced manual verbatim-checking time by over 60% and improved consistency in what counted as a flagged response across projects and analysts.

  • Flags gibberish and keyboard-mash text, blank or placeholder answers, and repeated-character spam.
  • Detects signs of copied or AI-generated content such as unusual length or list-like formatting.
  • Frees analyst capacity for interpretation instead of manual data cleaning.
“The best fix for a recurring bottleneck is one you can own.”
